  • Message Frequency: The number of Company text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of InTouch Connections’ text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. You will receive a maximum of three messages per week per InTouch Connections’ text messaging program.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with InTouch Connections’ text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges.
  • Supported Carriers: Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • For Help or to Opt-Out: To discontinue receiving text messages, text STOP or for help, text HELP to the five digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive message.
  • Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
